I’ve purchased my design package, what happens next?

Upon purchasing your design package, you will receive an email to download and complete your design brief document.

This is a word document file that will need to be filled in and returned to accounts@thesecretserviceco.com

The design brief is an important part of the process, as we design your logo based on the information you provide in your design brief. Please ensure you fill in as much information as possible so that we can make a solid start on your design package. We will not rely on guesswork at any time during the design process. We cannot start your project until we receive the completed design brief.

If you have any questions regarding our design brief, please do not hesitate to contact us via email to discuss further.

Please ensure you check your Junk and Spam mailboxes, just in case our email ends up there. Please add accounts@thesecretserviceco.com as a safe sender.

When will I see my package concepts?

After receiving your design brief, we will commence with the logo design concepts.

Please allow 7-10 working days from submitting the design brief to receive your concepts file.

Final package concepts are created upon your logo approval. This enables our team to create the best branding kit for you and your business complimenting your final main logo design.

 

How many revisions are included?

Each package includes 3 x revision rounds.

These revisions are generally used during the logo creation stage.

When presented with your final package approval, you are entitled to additional changes if needed. It is imperative that the initial design brief is filled out with as much information as requested to enable our team to create to your custom files.

If you exceed the 3 revision rounds and require more changes, these may be subject to a fee of $95.00 per round.

NOTE - If you delay your response to our concepts or revisions, your project could be pushed back and delayed even further. 

 

How long will it take to complete my project?

Our lead time starts from when we receive your completed design brief - NOT from the date of order. The overall time to complete your project is dependent on the following items:

• Type of package purchased

• The number of revisions required

• Your own response time to our communication

Overall, we quote 4-8 weeks per project to allow for the points above.

 

What are my payment options?

All packages are prepaid.

We offer a number of payment options including:

• Debit Card

CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

 

PROJECTS IN PROGRESS

If at any stage you are unsatisfied with the progress of your project, please contact us so that we can make every attempt to resolve the issue. Should you decide to cancel the project entirely, your refund amount will be dependent on the progress stage of the project. 

The Secret Service Co reserves the right to cancel a project at any time for any reason. We treat every client with care and respect, and we expect the same treatment in return from our clients. We will not tolerate abusive language or volatile behaviour.
